Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Craig Black I just bought my first Hudson a 1951 Commodore. Its pretty cut up needs a few pieces. I am sure I will have plenty of questionsand need a few parts. I will have a few to sell also. Thank you, Craig Black.

    Welcome!  Join club if you haven't, you'd be surprised to find there may be some club members nearby to help as well.  I'm a relative newbie but I've found this to be a great group of people.

    Welcome on board, Craig!  What part of the country (or world!) do you hail from?  The Hudson club has many chapters and many of them have activities planned for the fall.  There might be one near you, and you would certainly be welcome to stop by, meet some other Hudson owners, maybe pick up some technical information and get a "lead" on a part or two.

    I would like to find a couple of decent front fenders. Looks like I am missing the wiper arms. The more I dig through the parts I'm sure I will find more missing.

    Good to see some real metal work and not a restoration.

    Have seen similar rare where they used the big old Buick bumper form a mid to late 50s buick.

    Looks like you have a sweet space to work on it.

    more pics man. What are you doing up front grille wise and for the engine.

    I would really like a front bumper from a 55-56 Cadillac. As far as a grille I am undecided yet. Engine will be a LS 5.3 with a 4L80E transmission. Going to shoot for air conditioning and cruise on it also. Just put urethane primer on it tonight so I can leave it sit idle for awhile. I have to help my 14 y/o get his truck done so he has a ride when he turns 16. So its time to stock pile parts as they come along.
