auto battery filler

I think it would be fine on your car. It would mount on the firewall. Just make sure not to leave water in it if your car will be in an environment where water can freeze.0

G'Day the pics here will show you where to mount your battery filler, Mine is missing the hoses at present, after 67 years they have perished, wonder if I can claim warranty.??
I also found when it was hooked up that the water would leave stain marks on the glass if left in there for any length of time, and, in very hot weather the water evaporates, but a very good talking point at shows, I often tell people who ask what they are I say " one for whisky, one for rum the other for vodka..0 -
i have a very nice on for sale that still has all 3 hose in great shape.20.00 plus shipping. located in michigan0

Thanks for the info. I bought one on E-Bay last night for $25. It's still in the box. I bought it before anyone had replied, I found it spur of the moment. Right where it goes however I've got a Marvel Mystery Inverse Oiler. Maybe I can relocate it. I guess the battery filler works off some type of gravity feed/ syphon action? Thanks again.0

There's an old blues song by John Lee Hooker: "One bourbon, one scotch, one beer"; George Thorogood redid it as "One Whiskey, One Bourbon, One Beer."
You could sing the title to one of those songs when asked. Even if you can't sing, it would be OK.:)0 -

Yes, siphon action it is. Use caution if you choose to drill/tap holes in the top of the battery. Battery gases are explosive.
Just in case yours doesn't come with instructions:
