Does the seal that is currently in the transmission have a part number on it?
Failing that can you give me an accurate measurement of the seal bore size and yolk?0 -
MARS , No numbers, the tranny and rear end appear to use the same yoke and seal . I finally found a parts guy that knew how to read parts books and have one ordered via the size method . Should be here in AM, will let you know what happens. One parts guy "what does it go on ?" 1937 Terraplane . Parts guy " We just sell car parts" About face and hit the door. BUD0

Thanks for the info guys. I ended up with a National 473215, it's narrow but it'l work and keep the oil where it belongs and that's what counts. BUD0
