Cars 2- Any updates on Doc Hudson?

Well, Paul "Doc Hudson" Newman died, George "Fillmore the VW bus" Carlin died, and Owen Wilson tried to whack himself. I'm sure Doc Hudson will be in the movie, at the very least, in flashbacks.

A month ago, I went on a trip, part of which was on I-40, between Amarillo, TX and Gallup, NM. I saw a lot of things on that trip, that I recognized from the first movie.

Looks like someone removed the "Dennis Hopper as Doc Hudson" entry in the cast list. It was there early this morning. Humm???
