Clutch Adjustment
I am not sure how to adjust the clutch on my 54 wasp 3 speed with OD.
With the clutch pedal fully extended from the floor it sounds like the clutch is NOT fully disengaged...Do I lengthen or shorten the adjustment yoke to get the clutch to fully disengage?

It's interesting to me that when the clutch section of the 41-47 shop service manual, which was quite clear, was rewritten for 48-52, it came out gobbledegook if not dead wrong.
What you really want, is for the pedal to be depressed 1 1/2 inches (free-play if you will) before the linkage starts moving the clutch cross-shaft, which in turn moves the throwout bearing against the fingers which release the clutch disk.
After backing off the lock nut and pulling the cotter pin on the yoke pin, turn the yoke to increase or decrease the clearance as required.
Replace pin, cotter, and tighten lock nut.0
