Need Valve retainers/locks

I need 6 each valve retainers and locks for the 11/32 stem valves as was used in the 38-47 engines --new or used ASAP, email HolmesVIolins@Insightbb.com BUD

    I think you can buy 11/32 valve keepers at most Auto Stores. I think early Chevy V8 has 11/32 valves....In a pinch the Chevy Retainers look very similar but may relax the spring requiring a shim or two....

    Well, Almost. The Chevy stem diameter is 0.3413" and 11/32 is 0.34375". So the Chevy valve keepers should work. The Chevy Valve Spring Retainer has a outside diameter of 1.230". So check this against the Hudson Valve Spring Retainer.

    ----Thanks for the Chev info guys{DANG,can't let my B-in-law know I put BOW TIE parts in my "T" ,he wanted to give me a 400 small block for it } I'm gonna hold out for some Hudson ones, gotta be some someplace . Got calls made but know replys yet . BUD
