    I have this promotional movie on DVD which also includes other vintage Hudson promo movies, both "live" and recorded TV commercials from both the stepdown and "Hash" years and even film strips with selling tips for Hudson salesmen.

    Don't forget "triple safe brakes"! All that verbiage to convince people to buy a Hudson, even though they had already merged with Nash.

    How cool and all 54, I can't complain ;) Too bad it was probably one of their last ads and all those changes for 54 were all for not :(

    Too bad it take a whole promotional piece to explain why Hudson engineering is better than the competition. Hudson educating consumers about their engineering. Lots of car buyers didn't buy cars based on engineering though. If they did GM would've been out of business years ago and the model T wouldn't have made it either. The public had it fixed in their mind they wanted a V8 even if they didn't know why they wanted a V8. haha
