1949 Hudson Convertible for Sale
We have a 1949 Hudson Commodore Convertible for sale. We bought it several years ago from Jim Harmon "Doc Hudson" in Oregon. He rebuilt the engine, new brakes, fixed the convertible hydraulics, did almost all of the wiring. It has been repainted, all chrome rechromed, upholstered, carpeted, wood grain re-done, new convertible top ready to go.
When we bought it from Jim, the agreement was that we would have everything on the car that was on it when it rolled off the factory floor. We also have made quite a few buys over the years from Ebay, now we have 2 radios, 2 heaters (one of each works).
Our dilemma is that we need cash more than flash at this time. We have found that the Hudson is a truly superior car but has special needs that we do not have the expertise or time to deal with.
We have put in over $50,000 in this car and are hoping not to take too much of a beating when we sell. We are driving it over to the Forest Grove Concours d'Elegance to put in the "For Sale" lot. Thought maybe some Hudson guys might be interested. It is a cool car.
Call or email if you have questions. Fred@bankscapital.com or 503-324-8072

Howdy Big Fred,
Rick Monroe here, it will help if you're able to post some pics for the folks on the forum.
I've seen this car in the before stage but haven't seen much of it since.
Hope you get what you need out of it, I know the trim's done right:D
The rest of the car is done well I'll bet.
Hope all is well,
