I had mine custom built from a stock crank I already had. I can give you the shop information etc.
I drew up the basic specs for the pistons and the crank shop put them out for bid to the custom piston manufacturers that they worked with.
It was pretty pricey, around $1750.00, but it was brought back to standard dimentions and completely hard chromed. Its as shiny as the grille in a Hornet.
I noticed in Ralph's "broken crank" post that Randy Maas has some already made up, perhaps he'll chime in and give some prices etc.

May be able to compliment with pistons depending on bore size you want. 309-267-6158

Well, I aquired an extra 308 that I might build over the winter. The one in the car is fresh (did it last winter) but I was thinking of building a hopped up one maybe a 340 ish cu in.0 -

I'll get in touch with you. As far as the crank, I have to see how much cash I have after the Jefferson Wisconsion swap meet this weekend.0
