There are torque specs in the Hudson Service Merchandisers:
1950 - Vol 1, No. 1 - Page 58
1952 - Vol 4, No. 3 - Page 286
1953 - Vol 5 - Hydramatic Transmission
Since I'm not sure if you have the correct terminology I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.
There are none shown in the 1951 and 1954 issues. I have a set of Service Merchandisers. 1949 thru 1954, on CD. I can send you the pages of whichever you need - the whole magazine of each year runs around 108 MB, a bit large to email - if you have a 51 or 54, at least other years would give you an idea of what the torque value is.
These torques should be in the various service manuals.
