That is a nice sign, but in my never-to-be-humble opinion, a bit high priced?0

Wow! 2 G's is a lot, but still a nice original Hudson Parts Service sign. It'll be hard to find another in that conditon. I have a similar, somewhat smaller (28" across) and one sided "Parts Service" painted metal, reproduction Hudson sign with the slight taper on the sides. I purchased it this past summer for $60.00 at the "Skip's Fiesta" car show/swap meet here in the Chicago area.0

I have the reproduction 11" circular Hudson Authorized Service and 8" circular Hudson-Terraplane Service signs - purchased on ebay a while back for less than $25 for both of them.
Look nice up on the wall.

Yeah, I "got them two" too for about the same money.0 -
This stuff drives me crazy! 2G for a metal sign? COME ON! I know it's original and all, but OMG!
If there's anyone out there that wants a sign, I'll make you one for $600.00 and it will look better than that one, just won't be original. I've made some for around the house and scaled pictures of logos just like that one. It's not hard, just time-consuming. If I ever get around to learning how to do the neon, I'll start re-producing the Hudson neon signs (someday I want a big one, like at Hostetler's).0 -

I can testify to that - one of his signs that really stands out is hanging in his garage. Looks like the one in the picture above, except it only has HUDSON on it. Made out of wood, but still looks like a metal sign.

save the 2K and buy yourself all your engine rebuild parts and you can drive by this sign in your Hudson LOL.
I just recently saw a 6 foot high neon sign for that price I passed on that as well and bought more parts for my restos. I prefer looking at my car than signs. I reproduced a whole bunch of Hudson signs and hung them in my garage. They look great. 2K ROFLMAO0 -

Exactly my thoughts on the matter.0 -
2k... hmmmm, what are the dimensions, how about some "better" pics showing details to help identify the authenticity? I'd hate to see someone get stuck with a repop for 2K...
With that kind of cash you could buy something more interesting... JMHO0 -
The Club Store sells a nice large decal like this. (16 x 10 inches) for around $10 - $15. You can use one to make a nice hanging sign...:D0
