AACA Ormond Beach Florida

Volusia region of the AACA meet is Thanksgiving weekend at the east end of the causeway to the beach, same time as Daytona Turkey rod run. Ormond is the next town North of Daytona. A great weekend to see lots of cars of all types. The 52nd annual Birthplace of Speed meet has chosen to honor Hudson for it's 100th birthday...They chose our 49 Super Six as the "feature" car. (Shows how little they know about Hudsons LOL). There are much better representations of the brand here in the Orange Blossom Chapter. However, we feel very honored by the slection. We plan on participating in the Gaslight Parade Friday night on A1A and the show on Saturday. They are going to have our car "in color" on the participation plaque. Oh the wonders of modern computer graphics... I'll try to post the picture they took. Sure looks nicer than real life!

If you are in the neighborhood, stop by the two meets. lots to see and do.:)

    Dave, beautiful car, beautiful area and a great place and way to spend a weekend considering it is snowing here at home as I send this post. Not visiting the "Beach areas" of Florida is one of the big drawbacks of my retirement. Be sure to have some fun for me and like most the rest I am excited to see the photo's that you take.
