Starter switch tumbler.
How do you remove the tumblers from a 52 starter switch when you do not have the key? I have a very worn switch in the C-8 and I have two other switches which are missing keys. I was wanting to try the other two to see if I can get one to work better.
The locksmiths around were I live don't want to be bothered with old cars, so if removing the tumblers has to be completed by a locksmith, I may have to ship one some where.

Very timely, I just had a Hudson ignition switch keyed. I had no key and the local fella rekeyed the lock in the switch. $18.00 out the door with two keys.
If you need this done send me an email and I would be glad to recieve your switch and have the fellow replace the lock and rekey for you.
Cheers from Texas0
