For Sale 1956 Twin-H Power Hornet

Comments

  • Sad to say, I sold my nearly-perfect '56 Super Wasp in 2003 for just $3K. It would be a $10K car today, if this egay car is any indication!

    My car, in September 2002:

  • Pity, that was a nice car you owned...

Same seller? The first one is in Hesperia, CA, and the new one is in Overton, Nevada?
  • No, Ray in Las Vegas is the new owner and it is located at his mechanics shop in Overton Nevada. Ray is a regular here ... so if you are looking for information... send him a PM or email.
    Cheers

I'd like to share the following, being 72 years old I felt great talking to young 45 year old Air Force mechanic man who purchased '56 Hornet for the purpose of restoring to give to his father who is 90 and his mother who is 84 gift for sixty anniversary in June 2010. Obviously car will not be fully restored in five months but he may be able to get in running condition. 1956 Hudson was the first car his father purchased new and they have hours of family pictures with car, I just thought son/Mark is a fine man and I am sure we'll be seeing him on the FORUM in the future.

  • Great to hear Ray. The buyer being a USAF guy... maybe from your area? Nellis graduate? Glad to hear you have created another Hudson owner! BTW, connect this fellow with Large Paul in PA. Paul can answer those HASH questions in his sleep and is the right source for answering those tech and parts location questions that will arise.

Looking forward to seeing the smile on your face when the Hornet is finished!

Cheers from the Heart Of Texas...
