Bill and Charlie's website does not come up for me. Does someone know if they have a new website? or if they are still in business?

They're still in business (actually it's just Mike). I know they recently switched phones, internet providers, etc., so maybe you're looking at old information. A good way to contact him is thru email. Here's one of his postings on ebay that you can use.
