transmission dimensions ??

If someone has a complete dual lever 3-speed with overdrive on the ground/out of the car, could you measure the total length including bell housing? I am trying to determine adjustments to my drive shaft, I am planning an install of an S10 T5 in my '54.

    I just measured a single lever OD (I think they are the same) 27 7/8" from the mounting surface of the bell housing to the very back of the Ujoint mount ..which is the centerline of the U joint. Hope that helps.
