I have a page on my website with history and pictures of this car: Satan of Miramar
  • I thought I remembered something about this car. According to RM Auctions website, the car sold at the Amelia island auction in 2006 for $110,000.00!
  • The last I heard, the Satan of Morimar is owned by Nicola Bulgari. A Google search shows that it was on display at the Philadelphia Auto Show earlier this month.

If it's in the Bulgari Collection, it's not gathering dust. Mr. Bulgari keeps all of his vehicles gassed and ready to run whenever the spirit moves him! Incidentally, Park Waldrop's old '36 convertible and a 1951 Hornet, are also among the cars in the collection.

I put an article, from an Amelia Island auction, on this car in a Nor' by NorEast, newsletter of the New England Chapter, when I was the editor of that newsletter.

  • Interesting pic of the car with all the gadgets. Pimp my ride...The headlight covers are cool.

I called the guy who was looking for info on the car. He was a friend of Bruces. He about fell off his seat when I told him the car sold in 2006 for 110K. I forwarded him this link. He was very grateful for the info.

Is this fellow named John Huggins? I had a friend named John Huggins originally from MN who knew Bruce back in the 60's. He told me Bruce Mori-Kubo had one of the first Datsun (Nissan) dealerships in the US back in late 60's. I have not seen John Huggins since he moved from Plano Tx some years back.

Dunno but PM me and I'll give you his e-mail address and you can check. Niels
