Sharing Hudsons with our Grandchildern
The title of this post is meant to get the attention of all Hudsonites who are parents and grandparents.
Some of you know I am an avid Hudson owner and ready to share my enthusiasm for this marquee with all. One of the more gratifying parts of this hobby is to share it with our children and grandchildren. Some of you know I am blessed to be the father of eight children and 8 grandchildren. All of my children have been able to enjoy my enthusiasm for Hudsons as have most of my grandchildren. One of my grandchildren has not been able to share my passion, his name is Carter.
Carter is a multi-organ transplant recipient who has life because of the care and dedication the staff at Boston Children’s Hospital has provided. After more than a year back home in Texas, Carter is now back at Children’s undergoing medication changes which we hope will allow him to continue his fight for life. The point of this post is to allow you the opportunity to support the life giving care Children’s Hospital gives to all children.
The following link is to the local Boston radio station that is conducting a radiothon to raise money to support the miracle staff there.

Thanks for allowing a grandpa to share my grandson Carter’s story with you.
I am hoping t to take Carter for his first Hudson ride later this year.

Ken, We have 3 grandkids at FT Hood, TX and get down there from IL from time to time but never enough. We should get down this Spring. I'm sure Carter will enjoy his first ride with Grandpa. I'll be sure and check out the Children's hospital site. The Shriners also do good work.0

Doug... Fort Hood is 40 miles south of Waco, If you have the time... I will spring for lunch in Waco. You are right about the Shriners... I strongly support thier efforts and those of the Danny Thomas Hospital. Hope you get to see your Grandkids soon.0

We took our grandchildren(boy 6 and girl 3) for a ride on Sun afternoon in the 47 Hudson Com Coupe. Slow and careful. Then the 1930 Ford tudor slow and careful. When its warm we ride the tractor and the speedster, they sure are "grand". Thanks, Bob0
