IAT-4009A - 1951-1952 all 6 Cyl. exc. Pacemaker.

The distributors "fit" from 48 to 54 and beyond. There are two basic designs that use different rotors, caps and point sets.. Other than that, biggest difference is the vacuum and centrifical advance curve. I run a 54 308 distributor in my '49 262, but I do have a 308 cam, a little higher compression,Twin H, and Pertronix ignition.0
