Crap - I broke a lense. Anyone have a 49 Super 6 Left taillight lens for sale?

It's true. I've been working on the paint on my car, and today, it happened. The left taillight lens slipped out of my hand, and split in half.



nuts.



Anyone have a spare lens that will fit the small super 6 taillight? Left (drivers) side?

    YES! I'll be at Billetproof this year, with the car in it's shiny new coat! I've been working on the body work all winter. Unfortunately, there wont be a stitch of interior in the car this year, but she'll look all pretty on the outside.

    What is Billetproof?



    The reason I ask is that My Daughter and Husband live in Centralia and if its a car show that would give us another excuse to run down and visit.



    Would appreciate any Info you have regarding it.

    "Billetproof" refers to the fact that if your car has any billet, they won't let you in. Its old timey rods and customs only, and its a very popular meet. Probably 400 cars. Its at the SW Washington Fairgrounds between Centralia and Chehalis. Keith (with the chopped Brougham) and me (sectioned '48 coupe) have been about the only Hudsons so far, but ya'll come. (Well, there was a guy with a stepdown sedan two years ago, but he was surly and uncommunicative, so he doesn't count). :mad:



    Definitely a good excuse to visit the kids. Its June 26-27.
