    Bob,
Ha Ha Ha! Oh my gosh! It's been so long I almost forgot where I left off. YES, I have been working on it a little at a time but very small steps.
As you may know for the last year and a half I have been putting most of my efforts into the co-building of the Southern Pacific locomotive with my son as a joint effort for us getting us thru the grieving process over the loss of Josh. Josh was my Grandson. My son and Josh started the locomotive and when Josh was killed by a tornado that went thru the Little Sioux Scout Ranch in '08, I took over to help finish the project. The joint project has really helped us both and drawn us closer together as Father and Son. The locomotive body will be headed up to Omaha in May to be joined up with the chassis.
As for Lola, I am presently lengthening her tail end by 6". Yep, you read correctly. I never have liked the way the back end of the car just stops. It seems to just come to an abrupt end and looks like the end of a loaf of bread. I am hopeing to improve on the "fair curve" of the rear body panels. Who knows, I may have the world's longest Stepdown.
I also have the "stealth" instrument panel in place and tested it out to make sure Cheryl can see thru the steering wheel and read the instruments.
    Peace,
    Chaz

Accumulation of music and info about the big bands of the 20s,30s,& 40s, as well as the same of the R&B and into the old rock & roll era especially the doo-wop vocal groups of the 50s into the 60s. Also enjoy gardening.
