1936 hudson front&rear fenders

I just picked up a 1936 hudson long wheel base and would like to know if the front & rear fenders on a coupe or sedan are the same or do I have to find ones from a long wheel base also dose anyone out there have a 127 inch frame they would like to part with thanks in advance.:confused:

    Best to confirm it with the parts book, but they should be the same. All the length difference is at mid-body. The fronts do need to be Hudson though, not Terraplane, as there's definitely a difference between those two.

    If you check the parts book, your will find that coupe rear fenders fit only the coupe and convert bodys.

    That may be because of holes for the Rumble seat? (1936 was last year for that)

    I can tell you from experience that '36 Hudson side mount front fenders differ from '36 Terraplane sidemount fenders. The pocket is placed in at a different angle and yes, they have different part #'s. Otherwise they are the exact same size. Very interesting!

    How do you know that "Richard E."?;):D haha, it's crazy to me how often I hear of little changes like that, that were done at the factory for what had to have been great expense for a small change to a certain year or even model.:) Usually for no apparent reason.
