26 hudson flywheel

Have taken 20 teeth off my flywheel Need new /used one for 1926 super-six the service manual page 64 item #4 flywheel 118 teeth, in parts manual page 24 flywheel CM23880 believe also same as 1924 & 1925 super-six

    My first thought would be to phone Carl Weber or Dave Kostansek (you'll find them in the H-E-T Roster). They both are knowledgeable in the earlier Hudsons and -- who knows? -- might even have a used flywheel to sell you.

    I've found NORS ones on eBay for my 28 Essex. Well worth looking for a new one. Easy to shrink onto flywheel.

    I have a lot of 1923 to 26 parts that will probably go to China as scrap metal. I cant sell the parts because of the postage expense. I see early Hudson parts for sale and dont bother anymore. Its unfortunate, but ita one of the many crazy things happening today. Barry
