    I'm pretty sure I met the owner last night at a car show. Said the car has been in the family for years and needs a good home. Hope it goes to one. He said he's pretty sure it's a super 6 motor. If I were gonna pick it up I'd put it back more stock looking.

    Are you close enough to check the car for rust and how it runs / shifts?





    If not, is anybody else out there that could check it out? I ask since I live in TN and would be a bit of a drive to do that.

    The ad says it needs a new flywheel. Probably the 12 volt conversion caused the starter to chew it up. Also, they painted the 262 - '54 red. Interoir looks nice.

    The owner lives close but the car is in IN. over the border so not exactly close for me to take a peak at. I got an Email and phone number if anyone wants to follow up.
