Needed: new 1950 windshield
A lady in our chapter owns a 1950 Commodore whose windshield is starting to cloud up. I believe there are still some NOS windshields out there, and I think there are places that are re-making them as well (I assume these would be more expensive than NOS). Could someone give me a lead on where to go for a windshield?
Also, the same lady is looking for a steering wheel cover (vinyl, cloth, leather; whatever). But, I think the ones you buy nowadays are too small. Anyone know of a company making covers for our "larger" wheels?

Hey Jon.... give John O Halloran a call I remember him having some glass at some point.0

Jason, at Vintage Coach, definitely has these. I bought a pair last year.0

Thanks for your suggestions so far. I'll look into them.
Has anyone dealt with Bob's Classic Auto Glass in Blachly, Oregon? They seem to have brand new windshields (which might be a safer bet that NOS, which might be ready to separate due to the amount of time they've been sitting there!)0 -
I got my glass from Bob's several years ago. Have had no problems with the glass. They were a pleasure to deal with.0
