Is there a cross-reference to an oil filter element I can buy for my stock Twin H oil canister? None of the local parts stores have listings going back to early 50's

  • Doc,

If it is the canister type that is common on Hudson's-here are the numbers:

    Napa-1010

    AC-P3

    Wix-51010

    Fram-C3

O'Reilly Auto Parts have them, if not on the shelve they are in there warehouse and can have them in the store the next day. They have the Fram C3. I had one of my cars in their calendar a few years ago (they were Checker Auto Parts then) so I buy a lot of parts from their Antique supply.

yes, it is one of those 4-letter cars....

HI Phil! When I saw the numbers written by Scott ( thanks Scott), I looked at my box containing a Hastings Filter number 130 and it says it replaces

    AC P203/Fram C3/Purolator P70FR/WIX 51010 and Massey-Ferguson 841241M91. Hope this can help too.
  • Massey-Ferguson!!! Ohoooooooo the pain.
