    Looks like it's missing some plastic wings that would light up.

    Looks like some sort of a mat'ing ritual. Wonder what the off spring will look like?

    looks like she's missing her wings. i don't know whar it is off of, but i kind of like it. i have seen them before.

    That would be a "Hud-Pack" or a "Pack-Hud"!!

    I had one of these on my Dodge truck many years ago, the one I had was metal wings.no particular car or model and you could buy from your local parts store
