Need a Couple parts

Maybe someone on the forum has these parts before I start calling folks in the WTN..I am going to convert my super trunk latch to a Commodore handle. I need the two trunk latch rods for a 48-50 Commodore trunk lid, The Super ones are equal legnth so I would have to shorten one and lengthin another. Would be much easier to put the correct ones in. Also as mantioned in another thread. I need a R/R bumper guard for a 48-49 to send to the plateing shop with my other bumper parts.

    Walt here. I have a right rear which also goes on the left front. In excellence condition, no marks and the chrome is very good. E-mail me at hetwaltmordenti@aol.com drop the het if you are interested. Walt.

    Walt, If it's about 12 1/2 inches tall P/N 213540, I am interested. My Commodore Front guards are 10 1/4 inches tall P/N 225275.

    Did you find the correct rods for your trunk? If not, I have some. I was waiting for the snow to melt a little before looking through the pile of lids I have. Here's a picture of the one I have that still has the rods attached. Don

    The cost of plating the old commodore handles and casting was way out of my class. I think i'll leave the old Super handle right where it is..
