Pictures of Drivemaster

Although I thought I took good pictures of the Drivemaster unit on my C8 I did not get all the vacuum lines across the engine. Does anyone have any pictures you can email me of how it looks, or even a drawing would be helpful.

    I have a 50 c8 with Supermatic that is very original, if a little rough. Is that close enough? I'm not very skilled with cameras and computers but I can try. Just need the vacuum line routing?

    I'll see what I have. I have a 50 that had Supermatic drive, but removed the rest of it. (still got all of the parts though... and the missing ones that I bought about a year ago)



    I might have a picture or two fo a supermatic/drivemaster equipped engine compartment to help you on your quest...

    The 41-47 Hudson Mechanical Procedure Manual available from the club store or a buddy, has a complete section on Drivemaster.

    I have the Drivemaster manual but it does not show the vacuum hose diagram. My '50 C8 has Supermatic so any pictures of the unit on the carb, top of engine/ under air cleaner would be great.     The main vacuum hose on the drivemaster on my 49 Commadore was attached to a fitting in the front of the manifold under the heat sheild.

    here is the only picture of a supermatic set-up I have, and it's on a 50 commodore six.



    It is rather complete and nice, but it might not show you anything you really need. Sorry I was not of more help!
