Les, That was originally an Australian car. It's unclear to me if it was restored before making the trip to the US or after... But it is without a doubt..One of the best restorations of a Hudson product I have ever seen. Not over done but with great attention to detail. It was parked next to a 29 Hudson at a Friday night cruise. What a dramatic Change in styling over such a short time period.. Not to mention the down sizing from the big Hudson to the terraplane.

Nice pics - always nice to see pictures "from away"!!! And that '34, if I'm correct, still looks as nice in these pics as it did in Pontiac in 2009.

One thing, to me that stands out, are the paint jobs. It seems like the cars back in the day were a lot more shiny than todays cars. Today they just seem drab. But cars from, oh, the 60's anyway on back seemed to sparkle. One time I went down to Winona, MS, with my daughter. Coming back we were treated to a group of older cars, 40's, 50's headed south on the interstate - they just stood out in the crowd because of the paint.

Nice collection of great looking cars. It is good to see some old friends out having a good time. However, as nice as the cars look, some of the drivers are looking like the cat that got the canary?

The Florida Winter meet is always a lot of fun. Wish that I was there....
