We had a bit of fun with that one in a thread entitled "Worst Hudson Classified Ad Ever?", which is now on page 3. Lotsa moss around here, on most everything.

How are things with you? Seems pretty quiet up there. . .

    Hi Mike,

Yep - all quiet on the Port Orchard front.

I don't think my Hudson has as much moss on it..but it has been sitting outside rusting for over a year...of course it couldnt get much worse than it was :)

It's been 1 year now and the bank still doesn't have an answer for me on the house..its maddening I tell ya!

I have no motivation and it just doesn't make sense right now getting started on any project when I might have to pack up and move.

That's one rough Hudson. Now would this one be yard art, or sell for $12,000.?

I think compost would be a better use for it, think of all that iron going into the soil!

I don't blame you for being frustrated- this whole "loan modification" deal is a total fiasco. No consistency on how they treat folks, even differs among customers of the same bank. I think the lenders are looking at what it does to their bottom line and with their examiners, and couldn't care less about the customers. The guvment, of course, is utterly incapable of supervising anything. Just hang in there, and keep doing the best you can. And be sure to document every conversation you have with them (date and content of conversation), and keep every letter they send, and a copy of all your letters.
