Pacemaker top chop
I have a 52 Hudson Pacemaker that is in pretty bad shape. I want to rat rod it and chop the top. Has anyone any experience on a 52 chop that would be willing to share your knowledge. The rear roof pillar around the rear glass is what's got me confused. THANKS!!!! JAK

You don't state whether it's a 4 door or 2 door car. The coupe and the 2 door sedans pose different problems. For the rear window, it's usually easier to lay down the stock glass rather than put a rear glass in from another car although I've seen both methods done effectively.
FYI...modification posts are usually better received in the "Street Rod" sub section on this forum.0 -

A half hour on google et.al might even yield some websites
Even if you want a rat rod look - do a nice job and make it safe!0
