    Definitely a 1950 Pacemaker!
  • With the conversion of currency that makes it about $1950 USD plus all the import/export taxes.

Anybody know what those taxes might be?

There would be no import tax or fees if the car was originally built in the US. Not sure what you would get into on fees if the car were assembled in Canada

  • Here is a link to US Border Patrol below. It lays out the requirements. It is very detailed because it is for importing from anywhere in the world. A phone call to them explaning the car will make it very clear.
But domestic made stuff from or even to Canada is very straight foward, and usally duty free. And safty standards that they talk about is usually no issue with domestic as they are built for both countrys. Coming to Canada we require daytime running lights on cars 15 years old or less, but is easily added. Also we have to pay $100 tax for air conditioning if it has it. Plus our local tax.

Definitely a 1950 and it looks like a Pacemaker Deluxe to me with some bits and pieces added from a Super or Commodore.

Out of curiosity, why is it that so many people list cars incorrectly? I would think you'd do a bit of research to know what you had before trying to sell it.
