If you still have the old one (with ALL the associated bits) then they are easy enough to make from the universal kits that show up on eBay. Be sure to include the washers that locate the cable length at speedo rear.
An instrument repair shop can also use bulk cable if you still have the ends but take the outer sheath with you for them to get the correct length.0 -
Hi,
I had complete speedo cable parts supplied/made for my 2 1928 Essexes by
APT Instruments International Inc
9632 Humboldt Ave S
Bloomington MN 55431 USA

This was cheaper than having the broken one for the 1928 Essex Coach repaired here as they did not have all the parts so had to reuse old end parts. I needed a complete cable for my Roadster.
A member of my car club - HETNR Inc Queensland (Australia) made the pieces that goes into the speedo as the manufactured ones by ATP were not quite right (from my drawing and photos). I had them assembled here for A$8 each.
Good luck,
Peter Wilkinson.0
