stepdown rearend brake cable

Both of my emergnecy brake cables have been cut on my next restoration stepdown. Is there another set someone has used that you can buy over the counter that can adapt versus finding another donor car with them in tact?

    Don't discount the possibility of finding them NOS. I've seen them, in the box, at various Hudson flea markets over the years
