Looking for this line and a fitting for the 37

I am looking for a replacement line like the one below that goes from theoil pump to the front fitting on the engine. This one has cracks and I can't find the right size fitting to replace it with.

also looking for the brass 45degree flare fitting that comes out of the oil pump for the other line going over to the oil light fitting.

Anyone have one to spare?

    Everything you need should be available at a GOOD auto parts or hardware store and I don't mean Pep Boys or home depot!
