I am looking for the following new rubber seals for our 54 Hornet Hollywood. I know Kgap might have them but they are presently backordered and I can't continue working on the car without them. front door vertical seal pair,S shaped door seal,
vent window seal, cowl vent weather seal, accelorator rod bellows, front fender inner seal, fender skirt rubber. If anybody have any of these new please let me know.

I am also waiting on most of the same parts for my 52 Hollywood...... I improvised on the front fender inner seal and skirt rubber. I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of rubber for the bottom of a garage door that slides into a piece of aluminum. It was 4 inches wide and 9 feet long. I cut the pieces I needed out and stapled them into place. Looks great. I challenge anyone to tell the difference, besides, you can't really see them once the car is assembled

www.rockauto.com carries a selection of the Metro made rubber items. Not sure if they have exactly what you're looking for. They do have the front door edge 'S' seals.

hard to argue with their prices. I will order up a few items from RockAuto and report back. Thanks Erik for the tip. I never thought to look for rubber parts from them. The s-shape pieces are $30 cheaper than K-Gap.

I ordered a few Hudson items from Rock Auto Wednesday. Metro is drop shipping them to me and are already in transit with FedEx (scheduled to be here Tues). Metro obviously has everything in stock. RockAuto must have a very good deal with Metro, as they are able to sell the parts for considerably less than K-Gap or even Metro's own website. I was always under the impression that K-Gap had an exclusive deal with Metro to be the sole supplier of hudson parts, but I guess not. I will still go to K-Gap as a first option, but it is good to know there are other suppliers to help out when in a bind.
