Something does not ring true here. My guess is that you have a 1927 Essex body fitted to a 1928 Pontiac chassis and running gear.0
-
That is very possible too but seeing as its going to be a complete custom with different front suspension, rear differential, engine and transmission etc. Etc. I guess I just bought it for the rust free body. Pics of the project will be posted as its completed.0

RANT! It's your car, do whatever, but why aren't these this posted in the street rod section? Maybe we should only have one section if it's this confusing.0
-
My fault lol, I'm very new here I really should have posted them in thhe rod section ill re-do that when I'm home, at work on the phone right now0

This looks to be a good candidate for a hot rod. Love the look of that shell and front end. Keep us posted on the work. Looks like a lot of fun....0

And I appologize for sounding like I was ranting, it was completely unintentional.0

OK, My bad maybe. 'Nothing should ever be done for the first time!'
At first glance, that's a really nice car, and first impression was it's too nice to rod, but somebody beat you to it, so gotta hand it to you to try and keep it more or less Hudson. I will rant, if you put a Chevy 350 in it.
Anyway, have fun with it, and I really don't care where you post it.0 -
Lol I would never put a chevy 350 in it, I'm not a fan of when people put engines in cars from other manufacturers especially when its purely for the reason of expense being its so cheap to usecommon engines like that. I would honestly leave the floor boards out and put pedals on it with a long chain goin to a sprocket welded on the ring gear first lol0
