Perry Car Show

There are less than 5,000 people in Perry, Utah. They have a car show each year on the 4th of July and bring in about 30 cars. This year four Hudsons made it to the show. Two belonging to long time HET Member Glen Johnson, the Essex roadster that Cary Johnson has and Richard Dickerson's 49 Rat Rod. Glen walked away with a trophy for his 36 Terriplane Pickup, The pickup has had some major modifications and is always a big hit where ever it goes. Sorry No Photos..

    When I talked to Glen some years ago, he was going to make a pickup into a "supercab" by adding several inches in length, coupe door, and a small back side window. Is that the one he is showing?

    That is the one. And I must add that is a killer job. I expect that Glen will visit this site and perhaps add a photo for us. I thought I had one but I cannot find it....
