Ready to drive again
The 1937 Hudson Eight has always been a hot tempered car. It could not be driven much above 80F. Last month I removed the radiator and took it in for repairs. The radiator was leaking and plugged on one tube. The shop recored the radiator and did a very fine job. When I reinstalled the radiator it fit well and performs as it should, Its 83 F and the car test drove fine and ran much cooler than before.
Its a good sized job to reinstall the radiator and grille and hood. I appreciate my neighbor, Bob, helping me, and his wife fixed us steak for lunch!
