Do you plan to use the heat shields below the carbs? Just wondering, I drove mind for a couple of months before the hot weather without the shields. Looks very nice, good job, Thanks, Bob0

Do not exceed 4 pounds, as that is all Hudson's carbs are built for. Walt.0

The pressurizing was successfull, after the rear carb float finally seated. The accelorator pumps squirt gas. Interestingly, the engine is a '56 and the carbs are 968S series. The electric pump produces 3 psi, so the carbs should be happy. The balancer is a GM product, the builder had to machine the crank a bit for it to fit. He assures me that it is far superior to the Hudson and now I can time it with a light.0
