HUdson Essex Car Club 1930
I recently received an old photo album that some one was throwing out,(and knowing I was involved with Hudson Essex cars asked if I would be interested in same) the album was a family album and showed quite a few Essex cars throughout the album taken on some of their many journeys through out New South Wales Australia.
There is a clipping taken from a newspaper and written beside the clipping is the date 1930..The following is from the clipping itself.
Since 1925 Mr T.W.Osborne of Manly(a suburb of Sydney Australia) a prominent member of the Hudson Essex Club has owned no fewer than seven Essex cars, they are all illustrated above.
This makes me wonder if Sydney Australia can take the honour of having the very first Hudson Essex club in the world.?????

I believe that was a dealer club. Belong to the club, sell so many cars and get all sorts of goodies.
But, then again I could be wrong.
