1953 Drivetrain dual carbs

I completely parted out a 53 wasp except the drivetrain. Motor is stamped powerdome and I believe I saw 308 towards rear of head. has newer gaskets, motor turns but unsure of actual condition. It has dual carbs. Tranny is dual rAnge hydramatic. Comes with column shifter for tranny and rear end driveline if needed. Need project funds for my 36 terraplane so offing it. Looking for offers.     What are the numbers stamped on the passenger front side of the block?
    It would also be helpful to know your location.
