Somebody is selling all of their HET WTN's on ebay. Thats cool, but what I find funny is this quote from his auction "I'm SELLING ALL OF MY HET BOOKS ( or they will be burnt)! Some are hard to find!"

If your going to burn them why post them in lots of six why not say the whole lot for $5 buy now. Ah...its a strange world out there.....

I think that's what is commonly called in marketing an "urgency motivator" try and get cusotmers to act on emotion for fear they might miss out on something.
  • At least he did not threaten to hang himself! Or worse? Such drama.

    Buy, he said.
  • When I was looking for my first stepdown, I found an ad for a 54 coupe that said if it was not sold in a certain length of time, it would be crushed. After I had tried to deal with the guy for about 6 months, I finally told him " Either selll it to me or CRUSH IT, but I was tired of messing around! He sold it to me but that only opened up another can of worms..............He was a real Jerk. Took a year and a half to get a title.

  • He must have been a Hudnut to have so many. I was thinking after I posted this he might have meant it costs so much to heat a house now with energy prices he was going to burn them for heat LOL

What makes you feel old.... A few years ago Joan and I were browsing an Antique shop near Sebastian Fl.. There were some old WTN's in a pile from the seventies. I found My name and a picture in it! Geeez.. In an antique shop! No I didn't buy them.. I had already read them, but of course forgot everything.
