Looking for motor and trans mounts for Packard 352
Anyone have ideas where to get the motor and trans mounts for the Packard 352 v8 with an Ultramatic automatic transmission behind it? Are there two front and two rear motor mounts and one for the trans? Anyone have pics as to what they look like? I do not have the originals, so any information would be helpful! By the way, this is for a 56 Hudson Hornet Hollywood edition (Is this called a Hornet Special)???
Thanks,
Bart

Bart, there is a 56 Hudson sitting in a Marshalltown junkyard that is about to be crushed. It has a Packard V8 in it and the engine looks pretty clean. I can put you contact with the guy you can buy the car from. You dont have very long though.0

That would be cool, I am ready now, just give me a phone number or email address.

The Packard 352 engine was used in the Model 35680 Hornet Custom 8 series. The serial number started with Y-7201. The factory price was $3429.

The 56 Hornet Specials were the short wheelbase cars , like the Wasp, with the AMC 250 cid V-8 engine in them. With the Packard engine they were simply Hornet V-8s. Try Paul Schuster for parts.0
