S/N Locations for 1948

Fielding a question from our chapter website re: additional S/N locations besides door jamb for a 1948 Hudson. Are there any other lcations? Did block numbers originally match body numbers?

    One location is on the top of the frame , passenger side behind the uopper a arm just as it begins to slope down. Body serial numbers did match the number on the engine block. I think there is another location on the rear sub frame, but haven't found one yet.
