Proper coolant to use

Recently there was a post advising the proper coolant to use in stepdown engines. I can't seem to find it. Anyone remember?

    I have been using Prestone in my Pacemaker for years. I work now for Advance Auto Parts and our store brand is basicaly Prestone in the Advance brand container.. Dex-Cool is meant for later model GM cars and even a lot of those have been swithed to Prestone because of the problem of Dex-Cool and the incombatibilty with GM intake/ head gaskets.
