Not sure if it is a hudson but if so I would say 1938. But the grille doesnt lok Hudson but not seeing it it's hard to say0

My guess is 1938 H112. The give-away is the handle on the side. This was the only model that had that.0

Another means of ID is, if you can get the door open, check the right side door post above the hinges, for a metal tag with model and serial number - that'll tell you if it's a Hudson or Terraplane. Or whatever.
