If anyone is looking for a Hudson PU…..
I noticed 2 for sale in Northern CA. One sounds realistic ($2800), the other guy is dreamin’ IMHO @ $10000. I have no connection with either, just passing on the info.

The cheaper one sounds like a lot of body work, chrome etc. Sounds like you need to go thru the brakes, check the tranny and rear end, either of which could use a bearing or two, and the engine should be torn down, checked and cleaned at the very least. The price is right for what it is.
The other one is basically the same truck but 41s are a lot more scarce than the 46/47, especially complete ones that cast a good shadow. The engine is no big deal as there are a lot of those around (same as the car engine thru '47) and parts are readilly available for rebuild. I think the price is not bad if the rest of it is in decent shape needing only cosmetic work, and the bed is solid, the tailgate is there, and the frame isn't rusted thru.
