1930's factory bumper jack
Anybody need one of these?

Jon, this is the same as the jack in my original '37 Terraplane. The crank looks somewhat like this: _/--\__

Yup, it sure appears to be for a '37 Hudson or Terraplane and might possibly be right for earlier or later years. The fellow apparently doesn't have the handle/crank for it. But one could find a handle by looking around.
I bought my jack at Hershey maybe 20 years ago and (possibly the same day) found a similar handle for it in one of those "fifty cent piles" at Hershey. It works fine. Frankly though, when I jack up my Terraplane, I do NOT use this or any bumper jack, preferring the screw jack that I found in the trunk when I bought the car 40 years ago!0
